Especially suitable for the pads fixed by clip.

SNX5240J Series
Combined with a variety of PSA (cold adhesive), on the base of SNX5240; we have 4 kinds cold adhesive with different thickness now.
Different glues have different characters to meet customers’ requirements.
Aftermarket brake noise insulator materials.
Anti-rust surface treatment of steel ensures good corrosion resistance property.
Mainly used as the noise damping and shock absorption shim for brake system.
Uniform thickness of steel plate and rubber coating and the surface is flat and smooth.

Mainly for engine and cylinder gasket.
Fluorine rubber has better resistance of high temperature. It can reach 240℃.
The working temperature has a wider range.
The surface is matt.
Suitable for high temperature environment and fluids including engine oil, anti-freezer and coolant, etc.
Good machinability and can be processed automatically in continuous way which keep the same lot gaskets in good consistence in quality.
Still a cost-effective choice.

QF3710 Non asbestos low temperature resistant board
It is made of aramid fiber, carbon fiber, synthetic mineral fiber, oil and low temperature resistant adhesive, adding the corresponding functional additives, and is made by rolling method.
Suitable for all kinds of oils, water, refrigerant, general gas, and other media as sealing material.
Especially recommended for air conditioning, compressors, plate heat exchangers and other refrigeration systems or contact cooling systems as sealing gaskets.
